JCI Basel Lunch – September
It was raining cats and dogs in the month of August. Sun was missing a lot in the summer of 2021. But the weather god didn’t disappoint us with a late Summer in September with blue skies and great sunshine. JCI Basel Candidate Lunch took place in the beautiful Volkshaus Basel on 6th September 2021 on a lovely sunny day. The JCI members and Candidates had a wonderful round trip in the hotel with members from the hotel explaining its specialties and uniqueness.
The bar and brasserie in the traditional Volkshaus Basel were redesigned several years ago by Herzog & de Meuron. The brasserie serves classic and seasonal dishes, choice wines and cocktails in the famous Volkshaus styleThis Lunch was special since the JCI Basel 2021 Candidates introduced themselves to the JCI members and explained their journey with the JCI family. The JCI 2021 Candidates becomes the official members at the end of October – JCI Basel Annual General Meeting. JCI Lunch once a month is a great social event to catch up regularly with other JCI members on a regular basis.
